What are cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. localStorage works similarly, but the data stays only in your browser and is not sent to the server automatically with every request — we read it manually when needed, for example when you submit the contact form.
What we use
- Essential —
cookie_consent(localStorage). Remembers your choice in the consent banner (accept/decline) for about a year. Without it the banner would reappear on every visit. - Analytics (only with your consent) —
_ga,_ga_*. Google Analytics 4 cookies that count visits and show us which pages are popular. They are only loaded after you click "Accept" in the banner, and are set and controlled by Google (kept for up to 2 years). If you decline, these cookies are never set. - Attribution data (localStorage, not a cookie) —
svc_session_id,svc_landing_page,svc_referrer, UTM parameters. Stored in your browser and sent to us only together with a submitted contact form, so we know which page or campaign brought you here.
Managing your choice
On your first visit you see a banner with "Accept" and "Decline". You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookie_consent in your browser storage — the banner will show again. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work worse.
Third parties
Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC), loaded only with consent. See Google's own cookie policy for details.
